I have seasonal allergies too, but clearly, from your graphic drawings not as bad as yours.
Since there's been a lot of construction in my area they have covered the vacant lots that were full of weeds that affected me most. But also, removing myself from a toxic dynamic of "friends" four years ago followed by four months of lockdown (enforced rest and solitude) helped enormously. I asked my doctor if getting away from the toxic group could have helped and she said Of course! Histamine is produced under any stress.
