I'm having a resurgence in memories of my youth in old age. Many, if not most, of those memories are painful. I have to work to recall the good things I did, the wisdom I gained, and the things I did to be better.

The painful memories were only the beginning.

I'm sure that you do those things as well--its in your art and in your writing.

When I look in the mirror each day, I love myself a little more....
