Thank you to friends who checked in with me this week. I am fine, but the Asian community in the U.S. is not.

Words spoken with malice to dehumanize a group of people can have violent and deadly consequences, as we have seen this past year and throughout history. And I learned this week how loud apathy can feel, when the target is on your back.

Our Vice President being of mixed national origin I hope shows that this is the way of the future for our country. The insanity of trying to rid the country of anyone but white people is stupid as well and dangerous. Take care and keep writing. It helps you, as well as the rest of us! **hugs**
