Beauty Is/Not Everything

This is either true or a load of hooey. I haven't decided.

Good point. But superficial or not, a person who can't recognize the inner beauty of someone is poor indeed.

I hate to be that guy, but in panel two, shouldn't that be "important" rather than importance? Please don't hate me.

Doesn't that prove Tina Fey's point? Precisely because we're drawn to something superficial (and all the negative consequences of it), we should make a conscious effort not to care so much.

I don't know. We all care about beauty, but I gained 50 lbs...(which is bad for health reasons, BUT) I realized that I'm still beautiful. My friends and family still love me and if someone judges me off of my weight or appearance, I don't want an in depth relationship with someone who is so judgmental anyways.

It's easy for the beautiful to think beauty isn't important.
