Social Justice, Anger Management

I need to learn how to practice meditation.

Then again, "if you're not angry, you're either a stone or you're too sick to be angry."

@ Les, and the things that make me angry and sad are usually things I can do nothing about. Except maybe pray. I haven't watched the news for years.

Of course there are many things that can make us angry, but they are often the things that happen to us over which we have little or no control. Typical examples might be grief, embarrassment, being a victim of crime or being bullied. Most people will be able to recall times during their life that they were angry and identify the cause. However, being angry all of the time causes very real medical problems including mental health problems. Therefore going for anger management can be a good thing. Here Anger Management in San Antonio helps people in controlling our anger management problems. Keep counseling on and have a great life.
