The problem for me is not waking up...which I did at 3.30 AM, having finally fallen asleep at midnight...The problem for me is getting any sleep at all.I've cut out stimulants after 10 AM. I eat kiwifruit before bed. I take melatonin.And they tell me I'm healthy and "don't have a problem."Really.
